We’ve had a lot of bike donations recently, and we are working our way through them, if you’d like to donate a bike, please email us first, as we are only accepting limited donations at the moment.
Services
Our Bike workshop provides comprehensive bike servicing, from basic maintenance to complex repairs. We take pride in our work, with every bicycle receiving the care and attention to detail it deserves. Whether you need a quick tune-up or a complete overhaul, our team delivers professional results at fair prices.
In addition, we sell bicycles which have been fully refurbished on site. Every second-hand bike we sell undergoes thorough restoration and retuning by our skilled technicians, ensuring safety, reliability, and excellent value.
Our Team
Our head mechanic holds Cytech Technical Two certification and is currently working towards becoming a Cytech Master Mechanic.
Both our head mechanic and sales manager bring personal insight from their experiences within the criminal justice system, ensuring a unique perspective on transformation and second chances. The dedicated team of staff and volunteers work together to provide knowledgeable, friendly service to every customer.

Level 1 Service
Tuneup Service (1 Hour) £30
Includes:
- Gear check and adjustment
- Brake check and adjustment
- Check cables
- Lube chain
- Oil derailleurs
- Check safety of wheel nuts
- Handlebar stem bolts
- Seat clamps
- Check chain for wear
Optional Add Ons:
- Replace brake/gear cable inners £2.50 per line

Level 2 Service
Minor Service (3 Hours) £75
Includes:
- Everything included in a Level 1 service
- Strip, clean, lube and Reassemble the hubs, headset & bottom bracket
- Replace brake cable inners
- Replace gear cable inners
Optional Add Ons:
- Replace brake cable outer £2.50 per line
- Replace gear cable outer £2.50 per line
Level 3 Service
Major Service (5 Hours) £120
Includes:
- Full Stripdown, clean, lube and reassemble of your bike
- All brake and gear cable inners replaced
- All brake and gear cable outers replaced
- Brake pads replaced
Optional Add Ons:
- Bottom bracket £20
- Brake bleeding £15 per brake
Additional Services: (All prices inclusive of parts and fitting)
