Our Latest Volunteers: Welcome Gillian Robinson and Grace Murray

We are delighted to welcome two new volunteers to Oswin: Gillian Robinson and Grace Murray.

Gillian has held posts at senior management level and has significant experience in the education industry and business sector. As a volunteer for three years at Age UK, she was a Board Member and ‘Acting Chair’ for a six month period and also chaired the HR/H&S/Quality Sub-Committee and was a member of the Home Care Sub-Committee. She has also been a Leadership and Management Specialist Advisor at Northumberland Business Service and has also worked as a consultant at Azure Trust , where she advised on many areas including branding, marketing and improving business performance. She has also spent time at Northumberland College as a lecturer in Hospitality and Catering and later as the Commercial Development Director. With additional experience including time as the Chairman of the Northern Forum for Food Hygiene, as a Member of the Northumberland Young Enterprise Board of Directors and as a Board Member of the Northumberland Centre for Enterprise, Gillian is a truly spectacular addition to the Oswin team and we are so very fortunate to have her on board.

Grace Murray has recently qualified as a Masters student at Durham University where she gained her MSc in Defence, Development and Diplomacy. She also gained a degree in Criminology and has a keen interest in offender rehabilitation. She is currently a huge asset in the Oswin office where she has been focussing on GDPR research and volunteer policy strategies. She is a keen traveller, motorsport enthusiast and hopes to gain her Rally License (national B) shortly.

Gillian and Grace we are extremely grateful to you both for your time, your extensive knowledge and your endless support.
